Turkey Poppers -
Shopping List:
Turkey tenderloins
Italian dressings
Banana peppers
Pepper jack cheese
Turkey bacon
Toothpicks
Directions:
Slice an 8 oz. turkey tenderloin lengthwise so it is approximately ¼ to ½ inch thick. When cut into square pieces, making approximately 20 pieces.
Place turkey in self-sealing bag and pour ½ cup Italian dressing over top. Seal and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Cut turkey bacon in half.
Cut four ounces of pepper jack cheese into ¼ in slices.
Drain 20 banana peppers and place on paper towel to remove excess liquid.
Layer once slice of turkey, a slice of cheese and a banana pepper on top of turkey bacon. Wrap and secure with a toothpick.
Repeat step with remaining ingredients.
Grill turkey poppers over medium to low heat until cooked through.
Jalapeno Poppers -

Cream cheese
Paprika
Turkey bacon
Toothpicks
Directions:
Cut 8 jalapeno peppers in half and seed. Set aside.
Mix one- 8 ox. Container of cream cheese with 1 Tbsp. paprika.
Cut the turkey bacon in half. Set aside.
Put cream cheese mixture into jalapeno halves.
Place Lil’Smokie on top of cream cheese filled jalapeno.
Wrap with turkey bacon and secure with toothpick.
Grill over medium heat to low heat until cooked through.
