Directions:
In a small saucepan or microwavable bowl whisk together:
1/2 cups water
2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Stir in and heat for 1 minute, stir well. Cook for one more minute, until the sauce is thickened.
1/2 cups low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cups honey
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce or ¼ chili paste sauce,
2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
In a skillet cook together:
1 lb. ground turkey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Add to the skillet:
Broccoli, chopped
Shredded carrot
Edamame
Water chestnuts, sliced or chopped
To serve, place 1/2 cups of cauliflower rice in each bowl.
2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked according to package instructions
Top with ground turkey, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
