Boneless turkey breast (frozen or thawed)
Smucker’s Sweet Orange Marmalade
Hickory and Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
Soy sauce
Fresh broccoli
Red, yellow & orange peppers
Directions:
Cook 1 ½ lbs. turkey breast on LOW in crock pot until meat thermometer registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit. For a frozen turkey breast, 6-8 hours will do it.
Drain liquid from crock pot and cut or shred turkey into smaller pieces. Return to crock pot and add 3 cups cut vegetables, chopped
Mix and pour over meat & veggies in crockpot and stir:
¾ cups Smucker’s Sweet Orange Marmalade
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
¾ cups barbecue sauce
Cook on high for 30 more minutes.
Serve with 3 cups brown rice.
