Directions:
1. Mix together and shape into a bread pan.
2 pounds ground turkey
3/4 cups dry breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
4 Tbsp. Greek Seasoning
Bake at 350* for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Cool and slice loaf into thin strips.
Fry pita bread in skillet with oil long enough to soften the bread.
Top with sliced meat.
Serve with Feta Cheese, sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced onions and Cucumber Sauce.
Cucumber Sauce
1 small cucumber, grated
1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
