Grilled Turkey Tenderloins

 
 

Shopping List

  • 1 pound Turkey Tenderloins

  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 Cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 Cup dry sherry or red wine

  • 2 Tablespoon dehydrated onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

  • Dash of pepper and garlic powder

Directions:  

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients together and marinate several hours.

  2. Grill over hot coals 6-8 minutes per side or until middle is no longer pink.
