Ground turkey
Minced fresh garlic
Cooked pinto beans
New Mexico red chili sauce
Corn chips
Shredded iceberg lettuce

Directions:
Heat 5 oz onion and Canola oil.
Cook 2 lbs. ground turkey to 165 degrees F and all the pink disappears.
Add 2 ½ oz garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in and heat to 165 degrees F:
16 oz pinto beans
16 oz chili sauce
Browned turkey
Add as desired:
2 oz corn chips
1/8 oz tomatoes
½ oz shredded cheddar cheese
