Spaghetti
Turkey tenderloin
Cheddar cheese
Cream of chicken soup
Petite diced tomatoes
Mild green chilies
Mushroom
Directions:
Boil water in a large pot and cook:
8 oz. dry spaghetti
Slice 1 turkey tenderloin into bite size pieces. Place in a large skillet with oil. Sauté until browned and cooked through.
Add to the turkey in the skillet and stir well:
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can of mild green chilies
4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cups hot pasta water
Cooked spaghettiCook on low, stirring often, until cheese is melted, and all is warmed.
