Cheesy Spaghetti

 
 

Shopping List

  • Spaghetti 

  • Turkey tenderloin  

  • Cheddar cheese 

  • Cream of chicken soup 

  • Petite diced tomatoes 

  • Mild green chilies 

  • Mushroom

Directions:  

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook: 

    8 oz. dry spaghetti 

  2. Slice 1 turkey tenderloin into bite size pieces.  Place in a large skillet with oil.  Sauté until browned and cooked through.   

  3. Add to the turkey in the skillet and stir well: 

    1 can of petite diced tomatoes 
    1 can cream of chicken soup 
    4 oz. can of mild green chilies 
    4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained 
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 
    ½ cups hot pasta water
    Cooked spaghetti

  4. Cook on low, stirring often, until cheese is melted, and all is warmed.
