Shopping List:
Ground turkey breast
Dry Ranch seasoning
Red pepper flakes
Head romaine lettuce
Small tomato
Pickles
Turkey bacon
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Spicy brown mustard
Cheddar Cheese
Kettle Chips
Directions:
Combine and then form into 2 patties and fry. Once cooked remove and put on a plate.
1/2 package ground turkey breast
2-4 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickles
3 Tbsp. dry ranch seasoning
Pepper and Red pepper flakes to taste
Mix together into two large bowls:
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
1 pickle, roughly chopped
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
Wisk together and drizzle over salad:
1/3 cups mayonnaise
¼ cups ketchup
2 Tbsp. pickle juice
2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
Top with:
Cooked turkey burger
Cheddar cheese, shredded or diced
Reduced fat Kettle Chips, slightly crushed
