Andy Caygeon, author of 'Stubborn' will be speaking at the 2025 Summer Meeting! "Andy Caygeon is a 7th generation farmer whose family farm imploded due to stubbornness. Over the last fifteen years he's saved family farms in 22 states and across Canada, developing counterintuitive yet common sense philosophy that can turn "STUBBORN" into any family business's competitive advantage."  In his past fifteen years of working with families, he has seen one common theme: Stubbornness. Everyone tries to place blame on one another, leading to miscommunication, egos, frustration, and heartache. Andy brings a new approach to farm management and farm succession by getting farmers to look at farming with family as a challenge to become a better person.
