Garlic Parmesan Turkey Wings
Ingredients:
2 turkey wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon granulated onion
Directions:
Use a knife to separate the flats from the drumettes and remove and discard the wing tips. Pat the wings dry and rub both sides with olive oil.
2 turkey wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
Rub the spices into both sides of the wings.
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon granulated onion
Cook the wings immediately. Or for best results, place the seasoned wings on a wire rack on a baking tray so that they are not touching, then cover the tray and refrigerate for 12 hours to 24 hours.
Place the wings in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 370 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
Flip the wings. Air fry for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature (at the thickest part of the wing) has reached 165 degrees F.
Place the wings in a bowl, toss with bottled Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce.
