Garlic Parmesan Turkey Wings

Ingredients:

2 turkey wings

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon granulated garlic

½ teaspoon granulated onion

Directions:

  • Use a knife to separate the flats from the drumettes and remove and discard the wing tips. Pat the wings dry and rub both sides with olive oil.

    • 2 turkey wings

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Rub the spices into both sides of the wings.

    • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

    • 1 teaspoon paprika

    • ½ teaspoon black pepper

    • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic

    • ½ teaspoon granulated onion

  • Cook the wings immediately. Or for best results, place the seasoned wings on a wire rack on a baking tray so that they are not touching, then cover the tray and refrigerate for 12 hours to 24 hours.

  • Place the wings in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 370 degrees F. for 25 minutes.

  • Flip the wings. Air fry for an additional 10-15 minutes.

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature (at the thickest part of the wing) has reached 165 degrees F.

  • Place the wings in a bowl, toss with bottled Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce.
