Turkey Thigh
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 bone-in, skin on turkey thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:
Mix together:
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Pat the turkey dry and add it to a medium bowl. Add the olive oil and sprinkle half of the spice mix, then combine.
2 bone-in, skin on turkey thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Add to a large resealable bag: flour, the remaining spice mix and the seasoned thighs, seal well and toss until the turkey is fully coated in the flour.
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Spray fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Add the turkey thighs to the air fryer basket, skin-side down and spaced so they do not touch.
Cook, flipping skin-side up halfway through, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part (avoiding the bone) reads 165 degrees F, about 18 minutes. Spread the glaze over the thighs and cook until bubbly. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Mix glaze:
½ cup sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Serve with cooked broccoli on rice.
