Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles

Turkey Pepperoni

Tortillas

Pizza Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Pizza toppings of choice

Ingredients

6 flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

turkey pepperoni

Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles

pizza toppings of choice

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

2. Lay out tortillas and spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce down the center of each.

3. Add mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, turkey crumbles and any other toppings

4. Roll up tortillas tightly and place seam down in the prepared baking dish.

5. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over the top of the enchilada and sprinkle with extra mozzarella and turkey pepperoni.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes.

7. Garnish with Italian seasoning and serve hot.
