Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

sprinkling of Greek seasoning

pita bread

tomato, sliced thin

feta cheese

Cucumber Sauce:

1 small cucumber, grated, excess water removed

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 garlic clove crushed

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Divide the ground turkey into 4 portions.

  2. Using your hands, mold 1 portion of ground turkey on a Pita bread to cover the entire surface of the bread. Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a skillet. Heat to medium-high heat.

  4. Place the ground turkey side onto oil and fry until the edges are crisp and the meat is cooked.

  5. Flip over and fry pita bread in a skillet long enough to soften the bread.

  6. Top with sliced tomatoes, Feta cheese, and Cucumber Sauce
