Ingredients

1 cup protein pasta

deli turkey

turkey bacon

Colby Jack cheese

turkey pepperoni

cherry tomatoes

avocado

lettuce

pepperoncini

Dressing:

1 tablespoon ranch dressing

2 tablespoons light Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions and drain.

  2. Cut up deli turkey.

  3. Cook turkey bacon and cut it up.

  4. Cut cheese into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Slice turkey pepperoni in half.

  6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

  7. Dice avocado.

  8. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

  9. Combine the ranch and light Italian salad dressings.

  10. Divide into 2 bowls or containers with lids (if preparing in advance).

  11. When ready to eat, shake and pour on the dressing.
